Project Overview
This shipment features our classic cylindrical empty glass perfume bottle, a timeless design that remains highly popular among custom perfume bottles brands. The bottles feature a thick, heavy base for a premium hand feel, paired with elegant ribbed black caps.
To fulfill this massive order, we produced three different capacities: 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml. This single order demonstrates our factory's massive production capacity and ability to handle large-volume projects seamlessly.
Client Feedback: Smooth Communication
When dealing with an order of 150,000 pieces, find a right supplier, communication and project management are just as important as the manufacturing itself. Our client, Irina Gerasimova, shared great feedback regarding the entire process:
"The production communication was very smooth, and we are extremely happy with the cooperation."
We ensure that from mold coordination to final packaging, every step is transparent and strictly quality-controlled. Each bottle underwent a 100% leakage test and visual inspection before being packed into reinforced export cartons.
Full Container Load (FCL) to Istanbul
For this volume (150,000 pieces), we arranged a Full Container Load (FCL) via sea freight to Istanbul, Turkey. Shipping by a full container ensures maximum protection for the glass and significantly optimizes the logistics cost per unit for the buyer.
Whether you are a large distributor looking for reliable perfume bottle suppliers for bulk containers, or a brand looking to expand your product line, Ejosson Packaging has the capacity and supply chain flexibility to support you.
